English, IELTS and language classes across the UAE
One place to find the right class for life in the Emirates, whether you want everyday English confidence, a higher IELTS or PTE band, Business English for the office, Arabic as a new resident, or classes for your child. Tell us your goal, sit a demo, and we match you to the course and the emirate that fit.
Why English matters in the UAE
English is the working language of the UAE. More than 200 nationalities live here, and the language they share across a desk, a clinic or a site meeting is almost always English.
Arabic is the official language, but on any given day a Filipino nurse, an Indian engineer, an Egyptian accountant and a British manager get things done in English. That is why your English level quietly shapes so much here.
Work. Most private-sector job ads ask for good spoken and written English before anything else. Clear email, confident meetings and a strong interview are often what stands between two equally qualified people and a promotion.
Study and immigration. Universities in the UAE and abroad set a minimum IELTS or PTE score, and Canada, Australia and the UK read your English test result straight into a visa points total. A single half band can change the outcome, so the test is worth preparing for properly.
Everyday life. Renting a flat, dealing with a bank, talking to a school or a landlord runs smoother when you can say exactly what you mean. For new arrivals, a little Arabic on top opens doors that English alone does not.
Which course is right for you
Start from your goal, not the course name. Here is the quick way to match what you want to the class that gets you there, with a link to each.
You want everyday confidence. If you freeze in meetings, avoid phone calls or want to speak without translating in your head first, begin with spoken English classes in the UAE. This is the base most other goals sit on.
You want a promotion or a better job. For polished email, reports, presentations and interview practice, Business English works on the exact situations you face at the office rather than textbook grammar.
You are aiming at a university or a visa. Any move that needs a certified score points to IELTS coaching or its computer-based alternative, PTE coaching. Both are accepted across the UAE and abroad, so we help you pick the one that suits how you test.
You have just moved here. New residents who want to read signs, greet colleagues and handle daily errands take Arabic classes built for expats, starting from the first useful phrases.
You are thinking about your child. For school-age learners who need reading, writing and speaking support that fits the UAE curriculum, our Kids English classes keep lessons age-appropriate and steady. Still unsure which fits? Bring your goal to the demo and we will point you the right way before you pay for anything.

How learning works in the UAE
You choose the format, the timing and the class size. The teaching plan and the feedback stay the same whichever you pick.
Online or in person. Live online classes suit anyone who wants to skip the commute across Dubai traffic or study from home in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah. In-person classes suit learners who focus better in a room with a trainer, and are available where a centre is nearby. Many people mix both.
Batches that fit your week. The UAE runs on long working hours, so we keep morning, evening and weekend batches open. Professionals usually take evening or Saturday slots, homemakers and students often prefer mornings.
Small groups or one-to-one. A small group keeps the fee lower and gives you people to practise speaking with. One-to-one moves faster and is worth it when you have a close IELTS or PTE date, or a specific work situation to fix. You can start in a group and add private sessions later.
Start with a demo. Every course begins with a no-obligation demo class. You meet the trainer, we check your current level, and you get an honest view of how many hours you actually need before any money changes hands.
What courses cost across the UAE
Fees in the UAE move with the number of tutored hours, the class size and whether you want one-to-one time. These are typical market ranges to set your expectations. We quote in AED after your demo, once we know your goal and hours.
| Course | Typical fee range | What moves the price |
|---|---|---|
| Spoken English | AED 900 to 2,500 per level | Number of levels and group size |
| Business English | AED 1,500 to 4,000 | One-to-one time and custom material |
| IELTS coaching | AED 1,200 to 3,500 | Tutored hours and marked mock tests |
| PTE coaching | AED 1,200 to 3,500 | Hours and how close your test date is |
| Arabic for expats | AED 1,000 to 3,000 | Level reached and pace you set |
| Kids English | AED 500 to 1,800 per month | Sessions per week and one-to-one or group |
Cheaper is not always better value. A large low-fee group can leave you with little speaking time or unmarked writing, which is the part that actually moves you forward. At the demo we tell you the honest number of hours you need, so you pay for progress, not a fixed package.

Regulated training across the Emirates
Each emirate has its own education regulator, and knowing who oversees training where helps you judge quality.
In Dubai, private training and tuition centres fall under KHDA, the Knowledge and Human Development Authority. In Abu Dhabi, the equivalent body is ADEK, the Department of Education and Knowledge. In Sharjah, the Sharjah Private Education Authority, SPEA, plays that role.
An approval from one of these authorities tells you a centre meets set standards for teaching and safeguarding, and that any certificate it issues is recognised locally. When you compare providers, ask how they align with the regulator in your emirate. For the official IELTS and PTE exams themselves, the test bodies are the British Council, IDP and Pearson, and we prepare you for the exact format you book with them.
Who we help
Learners across the UAE come to us at very different points. The plan changes to fit the person.
A professional wants sharper email and interview answers. A student needs an IELTS band for a course abroad. A jobseeker wants to walk into interviews without nerves. A new resident wants enough Arabic to settle in. A parent wants steady support for a child at school. Same trainers, different plans, one demo to work out yours.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about this course, answered plainly.
1Which course should I take if I am not sure?
Start from your goal. For daily confidence, choose spoken English. For work and promotion, choose Business English. For a university seat or a visa, choose IELTS or PTE. For settling in as a new resident, choose Arabic. For your child, choose Kids English. If you are still unsure, the demo sorts it out before you pay.
2Are classes online or in person across the UAE?
Both. Live online classes are available in every emirate today, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and in-person classes run where a centre is nearby. Many learners mix the two. The plan and the feedback are the same either way.
3How much do courses cost in AED?
It depends on the course, the hours and whether you want group or one-to-one. As a guide, most courses run from a few hundred to a few thousand dirhams. We give you a clear AED quote after your demo, with no obligation.
4Do you offer classes in my emirate?
Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah have dedicated pages now, and more emirates are opening soon. Online classes are available everywhere in the UAE right now, so you never have to wait for a local page.
5Is IELTS or PTE better for the UAE?
Both are accepted widely for universities and visas. IELTS gives you a human speaking interview and a paper option. PTE is fully computer-based with faster results, which helps when a deadline is close. We help you pick based on how you test and your target.
6Can you help my child with school English?
Yes. Our Kids English classes support reading, writing and speaking for school-age learners, paced for their age and current level, online or in person.
7What batch timings are available?
Morning, evening and weekend batches are open across the UAE to fit long working hours. Professionals usually take evening or Saturday slots, while mornings suit students and homemakers.
8How do I get started?
Book Demo. You meet a trainer, we check your level, and you get an honest plan and an AED quote before deciding. No obligation and no upfront payment to try a class.
