At WM Spoken English Classes, we aim to provide high-quality spoken English training with clear and transparent policies. Please read this page carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.
1. No Refund After Payment
All course enrollments are final. Once payment is made, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Incomplete attendance
Change in personal schedules
Dissatisfaction with teaching pace or content
Internet or technical issues from the student’s side
By proceeding with payment, you agree to this condition in full.
2. Demo or Trial Classes
In some cases, we may offer a one-time demo session. This session is non-refundable and intended to help you decide before enrolling in a full course.
3. Course Cancellation by WM Spoken English Classes
If we cancel a course or discontinue a batch from our end due to low enrollment, technical issues, or instructor availability, a full refund will be provided to affected students.
Alternatively, students may choose to shift to another available batch at no additional cost.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling of sessions is allowed only in special cases and depends on instructor availability.
We do not guarantee make-up sessions for missed classes unless prior notice is given and a suitable alternate slot exists.
